Research on mutation of coal and gas outburst in coal mine

By the principle of conservation of mass and conservation of momentum on the breakdown section in the system of coal-rock, not only the cusp mutation models on coal and gas outburst are constructed, but also the expressions necessary of occurring coal and gas outburst and sufficient conditions are derived, for the sake of revealing the mechanism of coal and gas outburst. So, the mechanism of coal and gas outburst is analyzed. The gas pressure in front of the driving face the stress concentration belt is greater than or equal to 0.1897MPa, it satisfies the necessary conditions to the tunneling working surface mutations to occurring coal and gas outburst. This study results avail for analyzing and predicting coal and gas outburst at scene.
