Abstrakt

Nano Fe3O4-Catalyzed one-pot synthesis of dipyrromethanes under solvent-free condition

A clean and efficient method for the synthesis of dipyrromethanes with nano Fe3O4 (MNP) as the catalyst under solvent-free conditions is described. This method provides several advantages, such as simple workup procedure, neutral conditions using a cheap, non-toxic, environment friendly solvent, and high yields.
