Abstrakt

Determination of root growth inhibitory activity produced by diterpene isolated from Azorrella biloba

Bioassay-guided fractionation of a hexane extract obtained from the leave of Azorellabiloba led to the isolation of the diterpene natural productmulen- 11,13-dien-20-oico (1). Inhibitory activity root growth was tracked using a Ipomea purpurea and zea mais.
