A one-pot multi component synthesis of triazolopyrimidines

Synthesis of a series of triazolopyrimidines (4a-j)was achieved fromdifferent acetoacetamides, 4-(phenoxymethyl)benzaldehyde and 5-amino-1,2,4- triazole using multi component synthesis within 30-45 minutes with high yield. The structures of the products were supported by FTIR, PMR and mass spectral data.
